Substituting a river for a banked snow channel, this is the perfect activity for all you adrenaline sport enthusiasts. Snow rafting in Norway is a fun activity for all the family, both big and small (from 7 years). The thrill of jumping into the rafting boat and heading down the snowy slopes, has put a big smile on all the hundreds of participants who have taken the trip on our Snowrafting course. After completing several trips in the raft, guests will be able to relax around the fire in the tee-pee with a hot drink.
All participants can borrow a helmet from us, or you can bring your own. Remember to wear clothes according to the weather conditions (i.e. clothes you would wear for skiing or snowboarding). Hat and gloves are a “must”. Ski boots are not allowed to be worn, rather, we recommend wearing winter boots or snowboarding boots. Feel free to bring with you sun glasses or goggles. There are a maximum of 8 passengers at a time in the boat. The Snowrafting track is 450 meters long and the speed will vary according to the weight of the boat and snow conditions.
